For all our projects, every beggining starts by understanding your needs, your objectives, and the ideas you want to convey to your client.
To achieve this, although we sometimes modify it if there is a special need, these are the steps we follow most often:
1. First contact
The first thing we’ll need to discuss is the ideas you want to convey to your client.
If you already know about what you want, we can move on to the next step! If you’re still unsure about the scope of the project, we’ll work together to define the general outlines of the project.
2. Quoting
In order to send you a quote tailored to your project in general, I will need at least the following information:
- Number of images and the approximate position of the cameras. Each space is treated individually. Sometimes, more than one render is needed for the same space, and that is also consideres in the quote, as the effort required varies.
- References of similar projects to help assess the complexity of the model and the overall difficulty of the work.
- Delivery timelines. Since corrections are often required, it’s essential to know what flexibility exists to achieve the desired result.
3. Workflow
Our workflow is structured:
- Initial information gathering. This includes all necessary materials to develop the project, such as plans, 3D models (we remodel everything from scratch, but they assist in development), mood boards, photos, reference renders, sketches, etc.
- Project kickoff and delivery of white render. These include general geometry, lighting, and proposals for multiple camera angles. Necessary corrections are made at this stage.
- Delivery of previews. At this stage, we work on textures, lighting, and detailed elements. Necessary corrections are made.
- Delivery of final renders.
